- The mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, urges European governments to cut off all business ties to Moscow 
- After visiting areas around the Ukrainian capital where atrocities occurred, he says payments that continue to Russia are covered in blood 
- It comes as the EU mulls further sanctions against Russia 
- Several European countries, including Germany, are dependent on Russian gas and continue to make significant payments 
- Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky says Russian forces are trying to hide the traces of their "war crimes" 
- He alleges more than three hundred people were killed and tortured in Bucha, near Kyiv - Russia denies this 
- Zelensky is due to address the United Nations Security Council at about 15:00 BST and is expected to give more evidence
